When will I receive my first Kitabox?

The first Kitabox will be received the month after your first order. For example, if you subscribe to Kitabox on the 20th of April, you will receive your first box in May, as long as it is still in stock. If it is not available, you will receive the following month’s box.

What is the content of Kitabox?

Every month, you will receive one fiction book along with a newsletter and a fun activity booklet. Kitabox will also feature surprises and free gifts throughout the year. We are working with trusted local and international publishers to provide high-quality books with original fiction content, because we believe that stories are the best to educate young children.

How can I be sure that the content of Kitabox is appropriate for my children?

All the books delivered with Kitabox are approved by the UAE Government and selected by our team because they educate children with universal values and nurture their imagination with wonderful stories.

What if my children already have the book offered in the monthly Kitabox?

We are doing our best to establish a calendar throughout the year with books related to important themes such as Family, Friendship, Sciences, Biodiversity etc. However, it can happen that the book received has already been read by your children. We do hope that they will still enjoy reading a second time or share it with their brothers or sisters, or friends. We can do exceptions and change the book should we have stock availabilities, please drop us an email at info@kitabox.ae and we will do our best to keep replace it.

I would like to order Kitabox for my teenagers – how do I do it?

We are working on Kitabox for teens from 12 to 16 years and we hope that they will be available in 2017 !

I used to receive Kitabox at my school, but now I changed school and Kitabox is not delivering in my new school!

Just send us an email and we will arrange the delivery at your home upon pro-rata delivery fees for the remaining months.

What if I change of delivery address during my subscription?

For any changes in the delivery address, please send an email to info@kitabox.ae and we will update your information accordingly.

I would like to be delivered at my children’s school but I do not see my school in the list?

We are establishing partnerships with schools in the UAE and we would love to partner with the school of your children. Please send an email to info@kitabox.ae and we will do our best to create a partnership.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription will end at the end of your subscription period.

How can I pay ?

We accept payments online by credit card (Visa or Master Card) and cash on delivery, only if you choose to be delivered at your home.

How are Kitabox delivered?

Your Kitabox will be delivered at your school or your office by our transportation team. For the delivery at home, a courier service company will get in touch with you to choose the right time for delivery.
